Milk & Ember is a UK brand. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you type, which scent you asked about, the page you came from, and the time. That is so we can tell you when Drop 01 opens.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising profiles. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond the form you submit.

We do not sell your email. We do not pretend this site is taking payment. If you want the address removed, say so when you write back from the same inbox.

Locally, waitlist entries are saved to a file on the server. On a hosted deploy they may live in temporary storage until a proper mailbox or database is plugged in. Treat this as a first slice, not a finished compliance programme.
