Opened oils usually stay opened.

Perfume oil sits on skin. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics are usually non-refundable. If you have rolled it, we cannot take it back and sell it to someone else. That is the plain version.

If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or wrong, write to us. We will sort a replacement or a refund. That is on us.

Unopened, unused, still in its original packaging: you have 14 days from delivery to send it back. You cover return postage unless we got the order wrong.

There is nothing to return yet — Drop 01 is waitlist-only, and this site does not take payment. These rules apply when orders actually exist.
